A thank you card disguising another post about IVF...

What is better than a hand written note?
These could perhaps be too lovely to use.
Thank you cards from: Rifle Paper Company. Here.

What did you all think of last nights Master chef elimination?? I felt bad for Jay but I guess desserts are a big part of a cooking competition. And you need to be a confident chef in all area's. Which is why I would never enter. I'm not sure how far I could get based on my small (but tasty) range of old favourites.

In other news that is not at all related, I have a made a deal with myself (the devil)that I am allowed a small amount of chocolate a day as a treat for going for a walk. "Small amount" is open for interpretation.

There are just 4 more sleeps till my Frozen Embryo Transfer so it's getting super exciting around here. Things are falling into place nicely now. I need to of course start to think seriously about comfort and my good luck transfer outfit for Saturday. And then the lounging at home no, heaving lifting outfits. Could be a new pyjamas purchase coming soon.

I've got my acupuncture lady on speed dial and I am seeing a relaxing long weekend coming my way. Perfect timing.

What have you got planned? Anyone tracking your hormones??
That's' all

Winter warmers. A hint of grey.

This is not a blog about cooking.
Lights camera snuggle. I have the perfect pieces to make a cosy winter.... Enjoy the toasty ride. (This sounded a bit lame in my head but I'm going with it. OK?)

Firstly whats winter without UGGS? Its cold toes around here. I like the new updated ladies tall uggs in grey. strictly indoor wear only. Its occasionally OK to stash them in your handbag to wear at a late night midweek movie screening. At least I've done it. Comfy.
A cashmere cardi just the right amount of chic and comfort. Done at its best by Karen Walker. Hello lover. Buy yours here. Love the navy accents. Thank you Runway Girl.
Add extra warmth with this super cosy cashmere scarf from Sambag. Comes in loads of colours. We're on a grey theme here. The blue is gorgeous too. Its a cashmiricle.
Super skinny = super snug. My pick are these seamed jeans from Witchery.
Depending on where you live you may need the extra snuggle of this cute as a button hat from Seed Femme.
Just some suggestions. x In case you were loosing sleep over it, I have booked tickets to SATC2 for tomorrow night.

Loving... Cologne and Cotton

Why do all great things come from England or America? Husbands even.

England right now and a company I have loved since living in London and shopping in Kensington, where I first discovered this little jem. They do the most beautiful linen especially for little ones.
They also sell a great range of perfumes, soaps and general goodies. They also come beautifully wrapped.

You need this now

When life gives you lemons..... yeah yeah yeah. I prefer "When the going gets tough - the tough goes shopping". Not exactly a necessity but a little luxury for cold footsies this time of year. From here.

Slip into something a little more comfortable.

Gimme Gimme Gimme.
These are genius. Cashmere trackpants. For the ultimate comfort factor lux it up with these.
I'm going to.
Well done sambag.

C'est bon bon tries to support Australian made and owned. This wasn't hard.

Sarah's House

All images from Sarah's House
Here at c'est bon bon we are crazy about the TV series Sarah's House. Who wouldn't love great advice, delicious decorating and comedy to boot! Its cute and funny and its my Tuesday night TV time. I just love the host Sarah Richardson's personal style. Last season she redecorated her family's seaside cottage and this season she bought a falling down farm house. She manages to do this while 9 months pregnant/ in high heels/ with a smile on her face/ being funny/ looking super stylish. What a woman. I am in love with her gorgeous rooms.

Happiness is....

Image from Cologne and cotton here
Images above and below from Designers Guild here

A cuddly blanket. Its getting super cold here in the evenings. So far I've had one small fire related injury. There is nothing I love more that getting snuggly on a couch with (no chocolate) and a comfy rug.
Here are some of my new favourites added to my wish list.
Yes I feel guilty about not supporting Australian Farmers but you can also check out Australian made ones here. I can personally recommend them. Very snuggly.
