Don't dessert me

I've become a bit obsessed with Dessert buffet's for parties. I really want one.
REALLY. NOW.
And I want a macaroon tower. Preferably made in Paris by these people. They've been making them since 1862 - so they should know a thing or two about them. If you want a good macaroon - go to Paris.
So look out, coming to a party or a Tuesday night near you. I'm doing desserts.
